Job summary

Advance Diversity Services (ADS) is seeking a Care Worker Team Leader to provide operational leadership and supervision to Care Workers delivering home care and disability services to CALD clients. You will work with the Rostering Team to support staff-to-client matching and maintain service continuity.

The role requires a Diploma in Community Services or equivalent leadership experience, strong supervisory skills, and a commitment to respectful, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising frontline care staff in home care, aged care or disability services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Understanding CALD client and workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and support to Care Workers.
• Mentor staff and support performance and development.
• Partner with Rostering Team to address scheduling issues and bottlenecks.
• Promote respectful, culturally responsive and person-centred service delivery.
• Support continuity and quality of home care and disability services.
