Job summary

Aspire Support Services in Albury, NSW, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee Accommodation and Assisted School Travel services. You will lead a team of Support Workers and Drivers, ensure safe, person-centred outcomes and drive smooth service delivery across the Albury/Wodonga region.

You will coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, rostering and staff development, while maintaining strong relationships with customers, families and schools.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate IV in Community Services, Disability or Leadership.
• Proven people leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Experience rostering, workforce coordination and performance management.
• Sound understanding of NDIS, person-centred practice and positive outcomes.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, families and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of Accommodation and Assisted School Travel services.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to a team of Support Workers and Drivers.
• Coordinate workforce planning: recruitment, onboarding, rostering and staff development.
• Build relationships with customers, families, carers, schools and stakeholders.
• Support customer intake, transitions and ongoing service delivery.
• Monitor compliance with NDIS, departmental and organisational requirements.
• Maintain customer, workforce and service records.
• Respond to incidents and risks, implement improvements.
• Coordinate operational administration including fleet, payroll, leave and timesheets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and on-call roster support.
