Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a dedicated, flexible Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise attendants and ensure the guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards.

The role involves task assignment, inspecting rooms, training staff, and maintaining excellent guest service, with opportunities to develop through Hyatt's learning programs.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; prior housekeeping experience and knowledge of Opera system are preferred; visa to work in Australia required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera System and computer skills beneficial.
• Understanding of cleaning agents and chemicals is an advantage.
• Must have a valid visa to work in Australia.

• Supervise Housekeeping attendants and Houseperson.
• Assign tasks and inspect rooms and public areas.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing cleanliness standards.

TheHousekeeping Team Leaderis in charge of supervising Housekeeping attendants and Houseperson. Assisting to Housekeeping Manager to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel's guest rooms and public area. Assign job task, inspect clean rooms, train staff and ensuring the team is constantly displaying excellent Guest services.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
• Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred
• Knowledge of the Opera System and computer skills would be beneficial
• Understanding of cleaning agents and chemicals is an advantage
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with the team
• Must already have a valid visa to work in Australia.
