Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise attendants and ensure spotless guest rooms and public areas. You will assign tasks, inspect rooms, and mentor staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
• Prior housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of Opera System + basic computer skills.
• Understanding of cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork.
• Must have a valid Australian visa.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping attendants and housepersons.
• Assist the housekeeping manager with cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Assign tasks, inspect rooms, and train staff.
• Ensure the team consistently delivers excellent guest service.

Summary

We are looking for dedicated, flexible and service oriented individual to fill our Housekeeping Team leader position.

The Housekeeping Team Leader is in charge of supervising Housekeeping attendants and Houseperson. Assisting to Housekeeping Manager to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel's guest rooms and public area. Assign job task, inspect clean rooms, train staff and ensuring the team is constantly displaying excellent Guest services.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
• Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred
• Knowledge of the Opera System and computer skills would be beneficial
• Understanding of cleaning agents and chemicals is an advantage
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with the team
• Must already have a valid visa to work in Australia.
