Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant for The Dining Room (Dinner) to deliver exceptional service in a luxury setting with renowned Sydney harbour views.

The role requires passion for hospitality, strong communication, wine knowledge, and professional presentation to uphold Hyatt’s standards during dinner service and rostered shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Food & Beverage environment of a similar standard.
• Team players, proactive in their duties who strive for career progression
• A genuine passion and a keen interest in the hospitality industry
• Great communication skills with a strong work ethic
• Good knowledge of wines and other beverages
• Well-presented and professional
• Current NSW RSA Certificate

Responsibilities

• Waiter is responsible for serving food and beverage services, whilst provide a friendly service in order to maximise guest satisfaction, consistent with Hyatt International Standards.
• You will also require to understand and explain menu content, menu changes and promotional activities and keep tables and dining areas clean, tidy, and well prepared for service and set for new diners
• This is on a rotating roster. Major shifts will be dinner service.

About the Role;
