Job summary

Woodbine Inc. in Warracknabeal seeks a skilled and responsible person to join as temporary Team Leader at Steinmeyer Villa, a home for 7 residents with support needs.

This 12-month contract includes a roster of 68–76 hours per fortnight and dedicated administration time. The Team Leader will guide staff, coordinate daily operations, and work with the Manager of Home and Living to ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry based qualifications and/or experience.
• Interest in developing leadership and management skills.
• Understanding of the NDIS and the NDIS Practice Standards.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• A commitment to the inclusion of people with a disability into the local community.
• A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement.
• Applicants must hold and maintain a current Victorian Drivers Licence as well as Level 2 First Aid and CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient day-to-day operation of Steinmeyer Villa.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to a team of staff.
• Consult with the Manager of Home and Living to ensure that every individual resident receives uninterrupted, high quality support.
