Job summary

McCallum Disability Services Inc. in Saint Arnaud, VIC, is seeking a Senior Team Leader to oversee two houses and coordinate a dedicated team of support workers.

You will deliver strong practice leadership, coach staff, and ensure high-quality active supports are provided safely and responsively, while building strong relationships with residents, families and care teams. This role supports independent living and community participation, with salary packaging options available.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Disability / Community Services or related field.
• Experience in a customer-centred support role.
• Collaborative and inclusive approach to people, wellbeing and outcomes.
• Experience as a consultative, collaborative team leader.
• Ability to engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011).
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of support to residents while supervising staff.
• Offer strong practice leadership, coaching and mentoring to the team.
• Serve as key contact for customers, families and care teams.
