Job summary

Colac Otway Disability Accommodation Inc is seeking a Senior Team Leader to provide operational and practice leadership across disability services in the Colac region. The role focuses on mentoring staff, enhancing Active Support, and maintaining high-quality, person-centred supports to empower participants.

You will drive workforce capability, participate in continuous improvement and ensure safe, compliant service delivery while fostering a values-led workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Knowledge of Active Support and person-centred practice.
• Understanding safeguarding, risk management, WHS and NDIS service requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to staff.
• Build team capability through mentoring and performance feedback.
• Lead practice to translate participant goals into meaningful outcomes.
• Oversee service delivery across programs and monitor quality and performance.
• Promote compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and regulations.
• Engage with participants, families and external professionals to support outcomes.
