KB Infinity Support in Palmview, Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced House Manager and Team Leader to join our small, family-owned disability support team. This hands-on role combines participant support with active management, leading a team of support workers to deliver safe, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Leadership/management experience in disability support.
• Strong knowledge of the NDIS and compliance requirements.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Excellent communication, organisational and computer skills.
• Confidence completing reports, risk assessments and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise disability support workers.
• Create a positive, accountable, and supportive team environment.
• Collaborate with participants, families and allied health professionals.
• Oversee participant routines, support plans and goals.
• Complete quarterly reports, risk assessments and essential documentation.
• Maintain WHS, NDIS compliance and organisational standards.
• Manage daily house operations and assist with staffing and rostering.
• Respond to incidents, identify solutions and follow through.
• Support staff development and identify training needs.
• Maintain open communication with management.
