Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Team Leader at Bowden Lodge in Adelaide to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men facing homelessness and related challenges. You will lead a culturally safe, trauma-informed team and build strong partnerships to deliver meaningful resident outcomes.

You will bring leadership, cultural awareness and collaborative skills to develop staff, foster trusted relationships with Elders and service providers, and help shape a service that makes a real daily

Qualifications

• You are a values-driven leader with a passion for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
• Strong communication, leadership and people development skills.
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, families and communities.
• Experience leading teams in community services, homelessness, disability, mental health or related sectors.
• Understanding of culturally safe, trauma‑informed and person‑centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team to deliver high-quality, culturally safe services.
• Build and maintain strong community partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Support residents with complex needs and outcomes-focused care.
