Job summary

Bowden Lodge, operated by BaptistCare NSW & ACT, seeks a Team Leader to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and those with complex needs in Adelaide. You will lead and develop a dedicated team in a culturally safe, trauma-informed setting, building partnerships with the community and Elders to drive meaningful resident outcomes.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in a human services field and strong leadership, communication and people development skills, with a commitment

Qualifications

Leadership experience in community services or housing services.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Experience leading teams in homelessness, disability or mental health sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Bowden Lodge team to deliver culturally safe services.
Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders, Elders and service providers.
Support residents with complex needs and ensure person-centred practices.
Deliver meaningful outcomes for residents and advocate for culturally safe care.
