Bowden Lodge in Bowden SA is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide direct support and act as a senior practice leader during shifts. You’ll mentor team members, contribute to quality improvement, and help ensure culturally safe, trauma-informed and person-centred care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.

Working with Team Leaders, Case Managers and allied health professionals, you’ll build independence, life skills and client goal achievement while leading by example in a

Competenze

• Certificate IV in Community Services, Disability, Mental Health or related field.
• Minimum three years' experience in community, disability, housing, homelessness or support services.
• Experience supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
• Experience working with people impacted by homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction or social disadvantage.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching or providing leadership to frontline teams.
• Experience in case coordination, stakeholder engagement and client-focused documentation.
