Job summary

Prometheus Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist Team Lead to guide a specialist team in configuring Planning, Scheduling, Mobile, STO, and Analytics solutions for customers in mining, energy, and utilities. You will partner with Project Managers to translate requirements into configuration and ensure successful, on-time deliveries.

The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership opportunities and offers flexible working arrangements along with a focus on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or implementing enterprise software in customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of SAP or hands-on plant/maintenance management is valued.
• Ability to learn asset-intensive operations in mining, oil & gas, utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Implementation Specialists.
• Configure and implement Planning, Scheduling, Mobile, STO, and Analytics solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into technical configuration with project managers.
• Debug defects and resolve customer issues during implementations.
• Document decisions and produce reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on best practices and features.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for training or workshops.
