You will guide a team configuring Prometheus' Planning, Scheduling, Mobile, STO, and Analytics for customers across mining, energy, and utilities, while partnering with Project Managers to align scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or implementing enterprise software in a customer-facing role.
• SAP experience is a strong plus; asset-management/maintenance domain knowledge valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good organizational and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Implementation Specialists, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching on technical configuration and client communication best practices.
• Configure and implement Planning, Scheduling, Mobile, STO, and Analytics solutions to meet customer requirements within timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Functional Consultants to translate requirements into configuration.
• Document configuration decisions and produce clear reports for stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites for training or workshops as needed.
