Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to steer integrated architectures for mining technology outcomes. You will guide strategic direction, align business objectives with engineering plans and ensure cross‑discipline architecture alignment across IT and OT environments.

Responsibilities include delivering architecture governance, assurance, and senior guidance to project teams throughout study, design and delivery phases. A hybrid, flexible work approach is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Architecture or IT is desirable.
• Experience leading architecture in mining, resources or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated solution architectures across technology and OT environments.
• Maintain architecture deliverables to support planning, design, governance and delivery.
• Provide input to business and technology requirements to support delivery.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, decisions and deliverables.
• Coordinate inputs across disciplines for alignment of business, tech and engineering outcomes.
• Define integration requirements and interoperability approaches across systems.
• Support governance, assurance and client approval through the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to project teams.
