Job summary

Prometheus Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist Team Lead for the APAC region. You will configure Planning, Scheduling, Mobile, STO and Analytics solutions for mining, oil and gas, and energy utilities, working alongside Project Managers to bring customers' requirements to life.

You’ll mentor a team of Implementation Specialists, coach on technical configuration, and foster proactive client communication while growing into management.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or implementing enterprise software for customers.
• SAP experience is a strong plus.
• Comfort learning asset-intensive operations in mining, oil and gas, or utilities.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Implementation Specialists.
• Coach on technical configuration and client communications.
• Configure Prometheus Planning, Scheduling, Mobile, STO, and Analytics solutions for customers.
• Translate customer requirements into technical configuration with PMs.
• Manage defects, escalations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Document configuration decisions and produce clear reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Development, Support, Sales and other PS team members.
• Promote agile practices and knowledge sharing.
