Australian Multicultural Community Services Ltd. is seeking a Team Leader - Community Connections and Wellbeing to oversee respite and social support programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services for seniors within Melbourne's western region.

You will lead a team of coordinators, drive program development, and ensure reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across CHSP, Respite, and Group Social Support initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience leading social support and CHSP programs.
• Strong program development and evaluation capabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Proven track record in staff supervision and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a dynamic service environment.
• Autonomy, accountability, and a proactive approach to leadership.

Aufgaben

• Support the Manager in operating CHSP, Respite, Group Social Support, Carers and Volunteering Programs.
• Lead development, implementation and continuous improvement of respite and social support programs.
• Ensure programs comply with policies, funding agreements and quality standards.
• Monitor program performance to meet funded targets and safety standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Group Social Support and Respite teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and support a positive team culture.
• Ensure client files and reports are completed and accurate.
• Manage monthly reports and data entry requirements.
