Job summary

Downer Rail is seeking a dynamic Team Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director in the Corporate Development & Origination team. Based at North Ryde, you'll manage travel bookings and coordinate schedule.

You will need excellent communication, organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Concur is advantageous; we value proactive and detail-oriented professionals.

Qualifications

• Extensive international and domestic travel booking experience.
• Familiarity with expense reconciliation and policy management.
• Working knowledge of a fast-paced and regularly changing environment.
• Experience with Concur Expense system advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams in particular).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of the Corporate Development & Origination team.
• Manage flexible scheduling and travel arrangements as required.
• Coordinate communications and document management to support project work.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting as directed by the Director.

We have a great opportunity for a dynamic Team Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director part of the Corporate Development & Origination team. All duties will be assigned via the Director and will primarily encompass tasks supporting the Corporate Development & Origination team. You will be based at our North Ryde location.

Experience:

• Extensive international and domestic travel booking experience (highly regarded)
• Familiarity with expense reconciliation and policy management
• Working knowledge of a fast-paced and regularly changing environment
• Experience with Concur Expense system advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams in particular)
