Goodstart Kyneton is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Centre Director, lead a team in high-quality early learning, and help run daily operations. You will mentor staff, model best practice, and uphold our Goodstart standards across the centre.

This full-time, 38-hour week role offers above-award pay, childcare discounts, salary packaging, PD funding, wellbeing days, and other benefits. Located in Kyneton, the centre supports a diverse community and a team-focused culture.

Pay: $44.39ph - $45.67ph

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Kyneton, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

In this role, you will:
