Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the wine industry.
• Strong knowledge of wine production, varietals, and regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the tasting room, including staff, inventory, and customer experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Train and supervise tasting room staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders adequate inventory levels and timely product releases.
• Plan and execute special events, including wine tastings, tours, and private events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to alcohol sales and service.
