Job summary

Mulpha Australia is seeking an experienced Talent & People Lead to deliver outstanding hiring and new starter experiences across our diverse property portfolio.

You’ll manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, partner with leaders on role requirements, prepare contracts, onboard new starters and strengthen Mulpha’s employer brand and EVP. This hands-on role blends recruitment delivery, onboarding and process improvement.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience across corporate services and hospitality.
• Experience preparing employment contracts and offer documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence coaching leaders through recruitment, interviews and probation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using an HRIS or applicant tracking system.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Collaborative, continuous improvement mindset.
• Candidate and new starter service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from vacancy through to accepted offer.
• Partner with leaders on role requirements, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate selection.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer documentation and new starter correspondence.
• Maintain active talent pipelines and deliver a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Coordinate agency-supported recruitment for senior and specialist roles.
• Own the new starter experience from accepted offer through to the end of probation.
• Conduct structured probation check-ins with new starters and their leaders.
• Support probation outcomes and documentation in partnership with the HR Advisor.
• Develop and embed Mulpha’s employee value proposition across recruitment and onboarding.
• Create engaging careers content and recruitment marketing in partnership with Marketing.

Mulpha is seeking an experienced Talent & People Lead to deliver an exceptional hiring and new starter experience across our diverse portfolio of businesses.

Working closely with leaders and the broader People & Culture team, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to accepted offer, onboarding and probation completion. You will also play a key role in strengthening Mulpha’s employer brand, developing our employee value proposition and supporting leader adoption of our new applicant tracking system.

This is a broad, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys combining recruitment delivery, employee onboarding with employer branding and process improvement.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally gained from corporate services and hospitality environments
• Experience preparing employment contracts and offer documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
• Confidence coaching leaders through recruitment, interviews and probation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using an HRIS and/or applicant tracking system
• A strong commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy
• A practical, collaborative and continuous improvement mindset
• A candidate and new starter service focus
