Job summary

AGA, part of the IntoWork Group, is seeking a Workforce Solutions Consultant to join our Deer Park team in Melbourne. You will connect with employers, job seekers, apprentices and trainees to create meaningful employment outcomes.

In this hands-on role, you’ll proactively source candidates, generate new business opportunities, build workforce pipelines and support employers to find the right talent for their business.

In this hands-on role, you'll connect with employers, job seekers, apprentices and trainees to create meaningful employment outcomes. You'll proactively source candidates, generate new business opportunities, build workforce pipelines and support employers to find the right talent for their business.

No two days are the same. One day you might be attending a careers expo or networking event, the next you'll be meeting employers, conducting candidate interviews or uncovering new workforce opportunities through business development activities.
