Job summary

atWork Australia is actively seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team across Perth North and South. You will be responsible for building strong employer partnerships and creating sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.

You will join a team that values Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, guiding how we support clients, communities and each other. A valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management and/or advocacy for clients.
• Thrive in a target-driven environment and is motivated to exceed KPIs.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Confident in building relationships and engaging employers from diverse industries.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities
• Proactively identify leads through networking and local market engagement
• Partner with Job Coaches to prepare candidates for employment and align them with employer needs
• Provide post-placement support to employers to drive long-term employment success
• Collaborate with internal teams to support clients at risk and improve retention outcomes
• Work towards KPIs and performance targets in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
