Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking Employer Engagement Consultants to join our Employment Services team across Perth North and South. You will build strong employer partnerships and create sustainable employment opportunities for our clients, contributing to a purpose-driven, supportive workplace.

In this role you will develop local employer relationships, identify leads, collaborate with Job Coaches, and provide post-placement support to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management and advocacy for clients.
• Targets-driven with track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage employers across diverse industries.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities
• Identify leads through networking and local market engagement
• Partner with Job Coaches to prepare candidates for employment
• Provide post-placement support to employers for long-term success
• Collaborate with internal teams to support clients at risk and improve retention
• Work towards KPIs in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
