Job summary

Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane is seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Specialist to lead the creation, deployment and assessment of internal leadership programs. You will design high-quality learning experiences across formats, collaborate with Trainers, and drive engagement initiatives that foster connection and a culture of learning.

This role offers hybrid work options, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow across CEEC and Centacare.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning and development with strong instructional design skills and authoring tools (Articulate 360).
• Strong graphic design skills with layout and visual style (Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Experience designing, rolling out and evaluating leadership or capability programs with solid project management.
• Experience delivering culture/employee experience initiatives and using data in Excel to show impact.
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, roll-out and evaluation of internal leadership programs and shape leadership capability across CEEC/Centacare.
• Design and build engaging learning, from eLearning to facilitator guides and workbooks.
• Collaborate with Trainers to bring programs to life across services.
• Deliver engagement initiatives that strengthen connection and belonging year-round.
• Help build a strong organisational culture and a learning-focused environment.
• Contribute to organisational development projects as CEEC and Centacare join.
• Help develop policies, procedures and SOPs aligned with strategy.
• Turn data into insights that leaders can act on.
