Job summary

JRM Resources in Waroona, WA is seeking a driven Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and mobilise personnel to project sites across civil, mining and related industries. You will source candidates, conduct screenings, arrange interviews, and handle onboarding, compliance, travel and site inductions, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment and mobilisation.
• Experience in civil construction, mining and/or mobile plant operations.
• Knowledge of mobile plant and bulk earthworks equipment.
• Experience with onboarding, mobilisation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment management systems.
• Experience using Employment Hero is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across civil earthworks, mining, transport, heavy haulage and forestry projects.
• Recruit mobile plant operators, HD fitters, LV fitters, servicepeople, trade assistants and other operational personnel.
• Review applications, conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain recruitment systems, databases and candidate records.
• Build strong talent pools and proactively source candidates for current and future workforce requirements.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Coordinate the efficient mobilisation of employees to project sites.
• Arrange pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing and background checks.
• Verify licences, qualifications, competencies, tickets and certifications.
• Coordinate site-specific inductions, onboarding and client compliance requirements.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and roster details where required.
• Ensure mobilisation requirements are completed accurately and within strict client deadlines.
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation.
• Monitor expiry dates for licences, certifications, and medical clearances.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and relevant legislation.
