How We Work With Talent

Our job is to make our creators more valuable over time.

That means helping them grow their audience, reputation, commercial value and the range of opportunities they can credibly pursue.

A strong Talent Manager earns enough trust to have the difficult conversations as well as celebrate the wins. We expect our managers to be ambitious for their creators, commercially sharp and willing to recommend what is best for their long-term career rather than simply chasing the next deal.
