A fast-growing Australian lifestyle brand is seeking a Social Media & Content Creation Specialist to lead their social presence and creatively influence their online voice. This fully remote position requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in social media or content, particularly within the lifestyle sector. The role involves managing organic social campaigns across various platforms, engaging with the community, and collaborating with marketing teams. A compelling portfolio and understanding of social media culture are essential for this opportunity.

• 2+ years of experience in social media or content within lifestyle or retail sectors.
• Portfolio or social links demonstrating work.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture.

• Proactive, organised and confident working remotely.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing Australian lifestyle brand entering its next stage of their expansion.

They’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to take ownership of their social presence and help shape the next evolution of their online voice.

This is a fully remote role and an opportunity to have genuine creative influence from day one.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading organic social across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn
• Planning and executing campaign moments, launches and seasonal pushes
• Concepting, filming and editing short‑form content that feels native to each platform
• Writing captions and defining hooks that stop the scroll
• Using insights and performance data to refine and optimise content
• Working closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to align messaging

About you
