Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience across talent management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, media or entertainment.
• Demonstrated experience managing or commercially representing creators.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Australian creators.
• Act as the primary day-to-day manager and trusted point of contact for your talent.
• Identify, negotiate and manage brand partnerships, ambassadorships, licensing and longer-term commercial opportunities.
• Proactively pitch talent to brands and agencies rather than relying on inbound briefs.
• Negotiate creator fees, deliverables, usage rights and commercial terms.
• Support creators with career strategy, positioning, content direction and commercial growth.
• Identify and sign new creators who align with Red Yolk’s talent strategy.
• Build strong relationships across brands, agencies, platforms and talent networks.
• Manage briefs, contracts, approvals, timelines, invoicing and campaign requirements across your portfolio.
• Work closely with Red Yolk’s wider campaign team to identify opportunities for represented talent.
• Stay across emerging creators, platform trends and developments across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and the broader creator economy.
