Job summary

Elements Recruitment Pty in Parramatta is seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator or HR Administrator for a busy, hands-on temporary role. You will support onboarding, recruitment administration and HR processes for a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.

The assignment runs for 7–8 weeks with an immediate start and offers circa $40 per hour plus super. Join a friendly, supportive HR team and make a practical impact from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Talent Coordinator/HR Coordinator/HR Administrator role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with candidates, employees and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS 365; ELMO experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for a diverse workforce.
• Conducting reference checks.
• Verifying working rights, visas, WWCC and qualifications.
• Preparing employee letters, processing terminations and assisting with HR reporting.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and responding to HR queries.
• Supporting general talent acquisition and recruitment administration.

Are you an experienced Talent Coordinator or HR Administrator who enjoys a busy, hands-on role? We're partnering with a supportive HR team in Parramatta looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support across recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration.

The Role

This is a varied, fast-paced temporary assignment where you'll play an important role in keeping day-to-day HR and talent processes running smoothly.

• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for a diverse workforce
• Conducting reference checks
• Verifying working rights, visas, WWCC and qualifications
• Preparing employee letters, processing terminations and assisting with HR reporting
• Maintaining accurate employee records and responding to HR queries
• Supporting general talent acquisition and recruitment administration

The Candidate

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Solid experience in a Talent Coordinator, HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence communicating with candidates, employees and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS 365, with ELMO experience highly regarded
• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
