Wesfarmers Health invites applications for a Project Coordinator on a 3-month contract within the People & Capability team. Based in Victoria, you will help drive talent initiatives, including the Summer Internship Program, EVP refresh, and a Career Pathways framework.

You will coordinate end-to-end programs, support workshops, and partner with leaders to align People projects. Experience in graduate programs and employer branding is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects within HR/People & Capability, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding or related functions.
• Project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting graduate, intern, early careers or talent programs is highly regarded.
• Experience supporting EVP, employer branding or employee experience initiatives is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the summer Internship program end-to-end, from the initial recruitment through to onboarding and support.
• Schedule and support project workshops, focus groups and capability programs.
• Conduct research, benchmarking and data gathering to inform the design and development of our EVP and Career Pathways framework.
• Assist in preparing presentations, communications, collateral and project updates.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment and be the first point of contact for relevant People projects.
• Support the administration and logistics of capability, talent and engagement initiatives.
