Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Coordinator to join our People & Capability Team on a 3-month contract. Reporting to the Learning & OD Manager, this is a unique opportunity for an organised and proactive team member to play a key role in supporting high impact talent and people initiatives across the business.

The successful applicant will contribute to projects that shape how we attract, engage and develop talent, including delivery of our Summer Internship Program, refresh of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and development of a Career Pathways framework.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate the summer Internship program end-to-end, from the initial recruitment through to onboarding and support


• Schedule and support project workshops, focus groups and capability programs


• Conduct research, benchmarking and data gathering to inform the design and development of our EVP and Career Pathways framework


• Assist in preparing presentations, communications, collateral and project updates
