Job summary

Western Power is seeking a Talent & Development Advisor in Perth for a 6-month fixed-term period, to partner with leaders and People Business Partners. You will design and deliver enterprise-wide talent, learning and employee experience programs, supporting succession, performance and development initiatives to strengthen capability.

You will facilitate workshops, develop resources and leverage HR tech while analyzing data to drive improvements across people initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering talent, learning, leadership or organisational development initiatives.
Strong knowledge of talent management and employee development practices.
Experience in HR/OD environments with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver talent, learning and employee experience programs.
Support Talent & Succession Planning, Performance & Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
Partner with leaders and People Business Partners to identify capability needs and development solutions.
Facilitate workshops, learning programs and talent development activities.
Develop engaging learning resources, tools and program materials.
Leverage learning technologies and systems to enhance development experiences.
Analyse talent and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations.
Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
