Contract Resources seeks an experienced Talent Lead to join the People & Culture team on a permanent full-time basis in Perth. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead and evolve talent acquisition across Australia, shaping recruitment processes, employer branding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or Workforce Planning within industrial, resources, energy, mining, construction or similar sectors.
• Proven success developing and implementing recruitment strategies that support organisational growth.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume and specialist positions.
• Experience driving process improvements, system enhancements and recruitment best practice initiatives.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent pooling and proactive sourcing methodologies.
• Experience with ATS optimization, recruitment reporting and HR technology improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical, trade, professional and leadership positions throughout Australia.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning requirements.
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to provide expert recruitment advice and market insights.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement across recruitment systems, processes and candidate experience.
• Lead and mentor recruitment team members fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Drive sourcing strategies to proactively build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Manage recruitment projects, campaigns and mobilisations to support major contracts, shutdowns and growth.
