Qualifications

• Senior HR Advisor with ability to work independently.
• Experience in employee relations, performance, conduct, and workforce planning.
• Experience supporting organisational change and employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical advice on employment conditions and workplace matters in line with Fair Work Act, NES, Awards and policies.
• Coach managers through performance concerns and difficult conversations, supporting fair outcomes.
• Support workplace investigations, fact-finding and recommended actions.
• Manage WA implementation of People & Culture policies across performance, recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking and career pathways.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, trades and corporate functions.
• Analyze HR data and report headcount, turnover, recruitment activity and workforce movements for WA.

Job description

Our client is looking for an experiencedHR Advisor to provide business partnering and practical advice to senior and operational leaders across employee relations, performance, conduct, workforce planning, organisational change and employment matters.

The role:

• Provide practical advice on employment conditions and workplace matters in accordance with the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and organisational policies.
• Coach managers through performance concerns, difficult conversations, formal performance processes and workplace matters, supporting fair, consistent and commercially appropriate outcomes.
• Support workplace investigations and employee relations matters, including fact-finding, documentation, procedural fairness and recommended actions.
• Manage the WA implementation of People & Culture policies, procedures and governance frameworks across performance and conduct, recruitment, onboarding, probation, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organisational capability, remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking, succession planning and career pathways.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, trades and corporate functions, advising hiring leaders on workforce requirements, selection and talent strategies.
• Analyse HR data and report across headcount, turnover, recruitment activity and workforce movements, translating trends into actionable insights to support Executive decision‑making and workforce planning for WA.

This is a stand alone role for a Senior HR Adviser who can work independently with the the rest of the HR team based interstate.
