Job summary

Vertage Global is seeking a Talent Delivery Business Partner to drive contingent workforce solutions and partner with government clients. You will advise hiring managers, coordinate with sourcing partners, and ensure timely delivery from intake to commencement while upholding compliance and diversity goals.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams, monitor performance, and implement improvements to sourcing strategies and pipelines to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering contingent workforce solutions or MSP/RPO
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing recruitment delivery and workforce fulfilment activities
• Ability to analyse recruitment and performance data to support decision-making

Responsibilities

• Manage contingent workforce requirements from job intake through sourcing, interview, offer, onboarding, and commencement
• Educate and guide hiring managers and suppliers with VMS steps and processes
• Provide workforce market insights and recommendations on hiring strategies
• Monitor supplier responsiveness and delivery performance
• Coordinate approved sourcing channels and recruitment suppliers
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Analyse workforce trends and delivery data to identify improvement opportunities
