Job summary

Fresha is seeking a Talent Specialist to join our Sydney office, partnering with business leaders to hire at pace across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. This is a hands-on role in a high-growth, product-led tech company that is scaling rapidly.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and help shape Fresha’s global team across multiple markets, while using TeamTailor to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in agency or high-output environment.
• Ability to manage several searches simultaneously and move searches quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience recruiting across international markets is a plus.

Role Overview

Talent Specialist | Sydney CBD, AU | Office-based

Let’s be clear: this is not an HR or People role.

This is a talent acquisition role for someone who enjoys hiring at pace, partnering closely with the business, and helping build high-performing teams in a company that is growing quickly. If you are looking for a broader HR path or a role centered on policy, employee relations, or people operations, this will not be the right fit.

At Fresha, we are looking for a Talent Specialist to join our Sydney office and help drive hiring across a business with real momentum, particularly as we continue expanding across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia Pacific

You will be recruiting commercial talent across multiple regions including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea & Japan.

This role will suit someone who is energised by a busy hiring environment, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and motivated by the chance to make a visible commercial impact.

What You’ll Do:
