Job summary

Fresha is seeking a Talent Specialist to join our Sydney office, partnering with business leaders to hire at pace across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. This is a hands-on role in a high-growth, product-led tech company that is scaling rapidly.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and help shape Fresha’s global team across multiple markets, while using TeamTailor to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in agency or high-output environment.
• Ability to manage several searches simultaneously and move searches quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience recruiting across international markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple live roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities and move searches forward
• Keep candidate processes moving with pace and professionalism
• Contribute to hiring efforts that support Fresha’s commercial growth across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific
• Bring market insight, good instincts, and strong execution to every search
• Maintain and update our ATS (we use TeamTailor) and support scheduling/admin
• Contribute to team projects including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events
