Job summary

Fresha is seeking a Talent Specialist to join our Sydney office and drive fast-paced hiring across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. You will partner with business leaders to fill commercial roles quickly, build strong candidate slates and maintain streamlined processes in a scaling environment.

The role is office-based in Sydney CBD, with a unique bonus scheme and a clear path to impact as Fresha expands across Southeast Asia. Prior TA experience in high-output settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a high‑output environment.
• Experience in agency recruitment or fast-growing startups is desirable.

• Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple live roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and move searches forward.

Talent Specialist | Sydney CBD, AU | Office-based | Up to 90k + Plus Super plus Unique Bonus scheme for TA - Earn an additional $5k-10k per year)

This is a talent acquisition role for someone who enjoys hiring at pace, partnering closely with the business, and helping build high-performing teams in a company that is growing quickly. If you are looking for a broader HR path or a role centered on policy, employee relations, or people operations, this will not be the right fit.

At Fresha, we are looking for a Talent Specialist to join our Sydney office and help drive hiring across a business with real momentum, particularly as we continue expanding across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia Pacific.

You will be recruiting commercial talent across multiple regions including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea & Japan.

This role will suit someone who is energised by a busy hiring environment, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and motivated by the chance to make a visible commercial impact.

What You’ll Do

You will work across multiple recruitment priorities at once, partnering with hiring managers to keep processes moving and making good decisions quickly. This is not a slow, heavily layered environment. It is a role for someone who can stay organised, keep momentum, and maintain sound judgement while working at pace.

You Can Expect To

• Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple live roles

• Contribute to team projects including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events

This role is likely to appeal to someone with a recruitment or talent acquisition background, ideally with 2-3 years experience in an agency or similarly high-output environment.
