Fresha is seeking a Talent Specialist to join our Sydney office and drive fast-paced hiring across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. You will partner with business leaders to fill commercial roles quickly, build strong candidate slates and maintain streamlined processes in a scaling environment.

The role is office-based in Sydney CBD, with a unique bonus scheme and a clear path to impact as Fresha expands across Southeast Asia. Prior TA experience in high-output settings is preferred.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a high‑output environment.
• Experience in agency recruitment or fast-growing startups is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple live roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and move searches forward.
• Keep candidate processes moving with pace and professionalism.
• Contribute to hiring across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific.
• Maintain and update our ATS (TeamTailor) and support scheduling/admin.
• Contribute to employer branding, candidate experience and hiring events.
