Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Home Lending and Business Banking across Sydney. You will own end-to-end recruitment, partnering with senior leaders while proactively sourcing, headhunting and building talent pipelines across the market.

In this hybrid role, you will manage multiple vacancies, influence hiring outcomes with stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative, people-first culture within a leading Financial Services organisation in Australia.
