Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a leading Australian Financial Services organisation in Sydney. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across Home Lending and Business Banking, sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.

The role offers a hybrid Sydney-based setup with at least 2 days in the office, a collaborative team, and opportunities to influence hiring outcomes and grow with Korn Ferry RPO.
