Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for Home Lending and Business Banking in Melbourne. You will source proactively, headhunt, and build strong talent pipelines across the market, partnering with senior leaders to drive hiring outcomes.

The role is hybrid with at least 2 days in Melbourne and offers a collaborative, people-first team culture, learning and career development through Korn Ferry RPO, and a focus on quality and work-life balance.
