  • Provide expert market insights and talent acquisition advice to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience and employer brand throughout the recruitment journey.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment in a corporate, agency or internal talent acquisition environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing capability and experience in identifying passive candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence influencing hiring managers and providing recruitment market advice.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate management skills.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused and customer-centric approach.
What We Offer:
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • The opportunity to influence hiring outcomes and talent strategy.
  • Career development and growth opportunities.
  • Competitive remuneration package.
  • A culture that values innovation, inclusion and continuous improvement.

This is more than a recruitment role. It's an opportunity to shape the future of our workforce by connecting great people with great opportunities. If you're a driven Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys the challenge of high-volume recruitment and takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
