Job summary

Hugo Personnel Pty is hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Melbourne to lead end-to-end recruitment across a healthcare portfolio. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions.

You will manage job advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting onboarding and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Advisor or Recruitment Business Partner roles.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Securities: knowledge of recruitment technology and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a healthcare portfolio.
• Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and provide market insights.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Prepare contracts, offers and onboarding paperwork for a smooth candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and retention initiatives to integrate new staff.
• Proactively source candidates via multiple channels and networks.
• Maintain pipelines and report on attraction strategies and outcomes.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects the organisation's culture.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of People and Development, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a dedicated healthcare portfolio. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and provide market insights that support informed hiring decisions.

Your duties will also include:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interviewing
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing market insight and recruitment advice to influence hiring outcomes
• Conduct reference checks, compliance screening, and pre-employment checks
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Support onboarding and retention initiatives, ensuring new employees are successfully transitioned into the organisation.
• Proactively source and engage talent through multiple channels, including recruitment platforms, databases, networking, and headhunting
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support your portfolio
• Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience that reflects the organisation's culture
• Monitor recruitment activity, provide reporting and insights, and evaluate the effectiveness of attraction strategies.

What do you need to succeed?

• Proven experience in an internal Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Advisor or Recruitment Business Partner role
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting within the NFP, healthcare or disability sectors is highly regarded, but not essential
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
• Excellent strategic capability, with the ability to identify and engage talent across multiple channels in competitive candidate markets
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
