Artemus Group in Australia’s hospitality precincts is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fast-paced, people-focused team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with leaders, and proactively source top talent to build strong pipelines for current and future roles.

You’ll shape candidate experiences, support employer branding, and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to continually enhance recruitment processes across a growing hospitality business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agency or in house recruitment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer, contracts and onboarding.
• Proactively source exceptional candidates using LinkedIn, networking and creative sourcing techniques.
• Build talent pipelines that support current and future hiring needs.
• Lead recruitment campaigns for new venue openings and high-volume projects.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience reflecting the employer brand.
• Use data and recruitment insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
