Artemus Group in Australia’s hospitality precinct seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fast-paced team and connect with people to identify exceptional talent before others do.

You will build strong hiring partnerships, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and deliver outstanding candidate experiences that reflect our employer brand as we grow across venues and projects.

• Proven experience in agency or in house recruitment.
• Confidence managing multiple roles in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to source passive talent.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for people and creating exceptional hiring experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partnering with leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer, contracts and onboarding.
• Proactively sourcing exceptional candidates using LinkedIn, networking and creative sourcing techniques.
• Building talent pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs.
• Leading recruitment campaigns for new venue openings and high-volume projects.
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our employer brand.
• Using data and recruitment insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
