Veriu Group is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner - Talent to shape our people strategy across Australia. The role focuses on attracting, hiring and developing top talent, with a strong emphasis on partnerships with universities and industry networks, and driving a compelling employer brand across major channels.

The role requires hospitality HR experience in a generalist capacity, leadership engagement with senior teams, and a proactive, commercially minded approach to workforce

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality HR generalist roles.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and partnerships with external networks.
• Strong onboarding, development, and employer branding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles across the business.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for future workforce needs.
• Create partnerships with universities and hospitality schools.
• Elevate employer brand across major channels (LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, Glassdoor).
• Design onboarding programs to set new hires up for success.
• Coordinate talent development initiatives including fast-track programs.
