Bennett + Bennett Corporate Services is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead proactive sourcing for surveying, technical and professional services roles across the Group. You will build talent pipelines and guide the HR Coordinator, delivering exceptional candidate experiences and collaborating with leaders to attract top talent.

The role can be based in either Gold Coast or Brisbane, joining a growing People & Culture team that supports multiple award-winning companies

Qualifikationen

• Proven talent acquisition experience with head-hunting and direct sourcing.
• Professional services recruitment experience is essential. Surveying/engineering/construction experience is valued.
• Strong candidate-first mindset and ability to mentor hiring managers.

Bennett + Bennett Corporate Services is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this newly created role, you'll head-hunt hard-to-find talent for leading businesses across the Group, including multi-award-winning Bennett + Bennett, House Surveys, Lion Systems and BBCS.

You'll own the hard-to-fill searches, build talent pipelines before roles become urgent and give every candidate a great experience. You'll also guide our HR Coordinator, who recruits alongside you, and support leaders across the business to attract and select great talent. This role can be based in either our Gold Coast or Brisbane office.

What You Bring:

• Proven talent acquisition experience with strong head-hunting and direct sourcing skills.
• Professional services recruitment experience. Surveying, engineering, construction or related industry experience is highly regarded.
• A genuine candidate-first mindset.
• Experience mentoring others or upskilling hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders with confidence.
• Strong judgement and attention to detail, and a good understanding of privacy and fair selection practice.
