Felons Manly is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead a high-energy team on the water-front venue. You will partner with the General Manager to drive day-to-day operations, inspire your team, and ensure premium service from guest arrival to departure.

This role is ideal for hospitality leaders who thrive in fast-paced settings and want to elevate guest experiences. We value hands-on leadership, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience in a leadership role within premium dining or high-volume hospitality.
• Hands-on leader who motivates and develops the team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Current RSA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the guest experience and continually improve service standards.
• Coach and develop a diverse team and maintain strong team culture.
• Monitor wages, comps and wastages; roster in line with forecasting and budgeting.
• Assist guests with feedback and take appropriate action.
• Foster a culture of care and safety across the venue.
• Maintain high venue presentation and liaise with other departments.
• Develop strong product knowledge of the in-venue offerings.

As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the team, driving exceptional service and making sure every guest leaves wanting to come back for more.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of the venue, inspiring and developing the team, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
• Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do
• Monitoring of wages, comps and wastages
• Team member rostering in line with forecasting and budgeting
• Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
• Contribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business
• Ensuring venue presentation is at a high standard at all times
• Liaising with other departments on a regular basis
• A high knowledge of the product produced in venue

• Previous experience in a leadership role within premium dining or high-volume hospitality
